Building on the previous year’s theme of ‘Focused on delivery’, the umbrella theme of ‘Operating Smarter’ was developed, to enable the flexibility to tailor the message to each report within the suite.
The ‘Learning from incidents’ infographic was developed to educate all employees at Anglo American’s approach to an operations review. It illustrates the complex process from initial incident, through reporting, investigation, shared learning, plan & action to risk management in a clear and simple single graphic.
